1. Warm-up
Place a warm towel on neck, shoulders, or back for 5–7 minutes to loosen muscles.

2. Long Strokes
Use full palms and move slowly upward (lower back to shoulders). Continue for 3–5 minutes.

3. Kneading
Gently squeeze and release muscles using both hands (like kneading dough). Focus on shoulders, neck, and upper back for 5–10 minutes.

4. Thumb Pressure
Press on tight spots using thumb, hold for 5–10 seconds, then release. Repeat 3–5 times.

5. Circular Motions
Use fingertips to make small, slow circles on tight areas for 3–5 minutes.

6. Finish
Use light strokes to relax muscles and calm the body for 2–3 minutes.

Tips:
– Do not press directly on the spine
– Use medium pressure (not painful)
– Communicate with your partner / Family Member
– Use oil for smooth massage
